Chef Mike Andrzejewski’s culinary journey began in the seventies, evolving through the dynamic shifts in the food industry. After refining his skills in some of Western New York’s top restaurants, he and his wife, Sherri, ventured into entrepreneurship, opening their first acclaimed restaurant. A severe motorcycle accident later forced the closure of their establishment, but undeterred, Chef Mike returned after a 10-month hiatus, unveiling diverse new venues from fine dining to casual Mexican cuisine. He also channeled his passion into education, becoming an associate instructor at a local college.

As a three-time James Beard Semifinalist, Chef Mike has made notable television appearances on shows like “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Chopped.” Beyond the kitchen, he’s a driving force in the hospitality industry, founding culinary organizations and participating in charitable endeavors focused on hunger relief and food bank support. In 2023, Chef Mike and Sherri relocated to Florida, eagerly contributing their culinary expertise to the vibrant local restaurant scene.
